What To Expect
A Day in the Life
A Day in the Life
Rio Retreat Center exists to help you begin or continue your healing journey. We do this through groundbreaking workshops that provide you with the tools to transform your life. What does that look like on a daily basis? While each workshop is unique, we’ve created a sample schedule to help you understand what you can expect when you join us.
“We want to connect with people early on in the process, make a connection with you and listen to you, asking questions specific to you. We want participants to feel cared for before they even get here.”
Georgia Fourlas, Clinical Director
